By accessing and using Monad Lands ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Monad Lands is a digital collectible NFT project on the Monad blockchain. The Service allows users to:

• Mint unique digital land NFTs
• View and manage their NFT collection
• Participate in community activities via Discord

3. NFT Ownership

When you mint a Monad Lands NFT, you own the underlying NFT completely. However, Monad Lands retains ownership of the intellectual property, brand, and artwork designs.

4. No Financial Advice

NFTs are digital collectibles, not investments. We make no guarantees about future value. Purchase only what you can afford.

5. Blockchain Transactions

All transactions are final and recorded on the Monad blockchain. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to exploit or hack the smart contracts
• Harass other community members
• Spread misinformation about the project

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses resulting from blockchain transactions, wallet security, or market fluctuations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
